AI & Full Stack Developer
We're not looking for someone to maintain legacy code from the 1990s. We're creating a completely new platform designed to automate the stagnant legal and accounting industry. Your task will be to build an application that, thanks to AI, will relieve tax advisors and accountants of tedious work. Do you have a knack for AI? Your Tech Stack and Challenges
Frontend (Mobile/Web): Building a responsive and fluid app in Flutter/Dart. We expect you to be familiar with BLoC architecture and to always keep your app state under control.
Backend & API: REST API development and integration. This is where you combine two worlds: the speed of Node.js (Express) with the analytical power of Python (Flask).
AI & Machine Learning: This is the "heart" of the project. You'll implement and train models (using Keras or integrating LLM via API) to maximize accounting process automation.
Cloud: Deploy and scale solutions based on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Innovation: You have free rein to test new things. Agent-based AI systems (LangChain/AutoGPT)? Knowledge base vectorization (RAG)? If it improves your application, we implement it!
We are looking for a passionate individual who is independent (you don't need someone to hold your hand) and can deliver an end-to-end solution.
Core Skills:
AI/ML Mindset: Hands-on experience with Python (Flask, Keras) and an understanding of how to integrate AI models into application software.
Flutter Master: Flutter/Dart proficiency and ability to build clean code (BLoC).
Solid Backend: Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express. You know how to build secure and scalable APIs.
Cloud Native: Experience working with the cloud (AWS or Azure) – containerization, serverless, databases.
Soft Skills & Mindset:
Problem Solver: When you encounter an error, you don't wait for instructions - you look for a solution on StackOverflow, in the documentation, or... you ask AI.
Communication: You can talk not only to a machine, but also to people (legal and accounting teams), explaining technical complexities into human language.
Welcome (Bonus Points):
Experience with LLM (OpenAI API, Anthropic, Llama) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
Knowledge of modern vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate).
