Senior IT Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist to join the Taxenbach team. The person in this role will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting our development and managing internal IT systems, leading the creation and growth of proprietary industry software, and acting as a technological partner for Taxenbach’s clients during the integration of their IT solutions with our technology environment.

If you have experience working with the Comarch, Microsoft, and Google ecosystems, and have delivered integration projects based on APIs and data buses, we would be delighted to discuss how you can spread your wings by joining our team.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Managing Taxenbach’s IT infrastructure, including CRM, ERP, workflow, and the Microsoft and Google ecosystems,

  • Ensuring proper and reliable operation of the IT environment, including managing user permissions and software access levels,

  • Active participation in an innovative project involving the design and development of proprietary process management software,

  • Providing ongoing support to Taxenbach clients in implementing and integrating their systems (primarily Comarch solutions) with our IT environment,

  • Leveraging AI-driven solutions in the systems and applications we develop,

  • Continuous collaboration with the management board, product owners, pilot clients, and external partners to ensure effective, ongoing system development,

  • Optimizing existing IT solutions, maintaining documentation quality and completeness, and managing system/application backlogs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Comarch ERP systems,

  • Experience in implementing and managing the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems,

  • Proven experience integrating IT systems based on XML/CSV, JSON, and API,

  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (Scrum Master),

  • Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and tools for managing large datasets,

  • Interest and practical understanding of AI- and LLM-based technologies,

  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level,

  • A strong asset: experience in implementing and managing IT systems for the tax or financial-accounting sectors.
