Tax Specialist

Our requirements

  • experience in HR and payroll for at least 5 years,

  • knowledge of labor law, wage law and social security law,

  • independence and a sense of responsibility for the assigned scope of duties,

  • teamwork skills and analytical thinking,

  • very good work organization, communication skills,

  • ability to cooperate with the accounting department,

  • knowledge of Comarch OPTIMA ERP Human Resources and Payroll will be an advantage.

Your scope of duties

  • maintaining personnel and payroll documentation,

  • payroll calculation,

  • conducting settlements with ZUS, the Tax Office and the Central Statistical Office,

  • checking the validity of medical certificates,

  • preparation of certificates,

  • control of working time records,

  • records of holidays and sick leave,

  • preparing letters to bailiffs,

  • updating data in the HR and payroll system.
