Our requirements
-
experience in HR and payroll for at least 5 years,
-
knowledge of labor law, wage law and social security law,
-
independence and a sense of responsibility for the assigned scope of duties,
-
teamwork skills and analytical thinking,
-
very good work organization, communication skills,
-
ability to cooperate with the accounting department,
-
knowledge of Comarch OPTIMA ERP Human Resources and Payroll will be an advantage.
Your scope of duties
-
maintaining personnel and payroll documentation,
-
payroll calculation,
-
conducting settlements with ZUS, the Tax Office and the Central Statistical Office,
-
checking the validity of medical certificates,
-
preparation of certificates,
-
control of working time records,
-
records of holidays and sick leave,
-
preparing letters to bailiffs,
-
updating data in the HR and payroll system.
