Senior / Independent Accountant

We’re not a typical accounting office. We’re a place where accounting meets tax advisory, law, and audit. We’re looking for someone with strong foundations—at least 5 years in full accounting—who’s ready for more independence and more ambitious work, including financial statements. As a Senior/Independent Accountant, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of companies and handle them end-to-end—from “A” to “Z.”

You maintain full accounting records for entrusted companies (Trade Books). You are responsible for the correct assignment and recording of business transactions.

This is your kingdom. You prepare VAT and CIT returns, and most importantly, you prepare your own annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).

You don't just enter data, you understand it. You prepare monthly management reports and analyses that help our clients make decisions.

You verify balances, settle accounts, and ensure that the books are in perfect order.

You are the face of accounting in contacts with the Tax Office, Central Statistical Office, National Bank of Poland and banks.

We’re looking for someone who values accuracy, but doesn’t like standing still.

At least 5 years of experience in full-service accounting. We're looking for someone who understands the document lifecycle and is comfortable working independently.

Proficient use of Comarch ERP Optima (our main tool).

Education: Higher education (preferred fields: Finance, Accounting, Economics).
