Accounting Department Manager

We’re not a typical accounting office where you drown in paperwork after hours. Your role is much more than supervision—you’ll be the leader of an ~8-person team of specialists.

Management and Mentoring: You coordinate the work of the team, but above all, you take care of people's development, support them in their daily challenges and introduce new employees (onboarding).

Quality Guardian: You oversee substantive accuracy, timely declarations, and compliance with regulations. You provide the team with a sense of substantive security.

Process Architect: See something that could be done faster or easier? You have free rein to optimize processes and implement improvements in your workflow.

Client Partner: We're more than just "accounting." We provide clients with analysis, help them make strategic decisions, and build relationships with them based on trust and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone for whom accounting is a passion and people are the priority. Your must-haves:

English (minimum B2): This is a prerequisite. Fluent written and spoken communication is essential, as you'll be working with international clients on a daily basis.

Experience in an accounting office: You know the specifics of this work, the diversity of clients and are able to manage many topics simultaneously.

Substantive knowledge: You have a relevant education and are fluent in tax and accounting regulations.

Leadership skills: You have experience managing people (or a natural aptitude supported by smaller projects). You know how to motivate and build engagement.

Technology: You know Comarch ERP Optima and are very good at using Excel.

Organization: You are punctual, reliable and able to prioritize yourself and others.
