HR & Payroll Manager

We’re looking for a leader who knows Polish labor law inside out and treats payroll as a process where precision matters—not chaos. If you’re tired of “everything needed yesterday” and want a place where technology (with real support from an ERP implementation specialist) genuinely helps people, and the team is close-knit and collaborative—this role is for you. You’ll lead a team of around 2–5 people, combining the role of a subject-matter expert with that of a manager.

Team Management: You plan and organize the work of subordinate specialists. You ensure that tasks are distributed fairly and deadlines are met without unnecessary stress.

Legal Security Guardian: You oversee the accuracy of documentation (contracts, annexes, personnel files) and settlements with institutions (ZUS, US, PFRON). You are the guarantor of our clients' peace of mind in the event of an audit (PIP, ZUS).

Payroll Master: You control payroll, deductions (including bailiffs), and benefits. Your job is to ensure that every payment arrives on time and in the correct amount.

Process Innovator: We don't like to do things "because that's the way it's always been done." Together with the ERP department, you'll implement legislative changes, automate processes, and digitize document flow. You have a say in how we work!

Business Partner: You work with managers, prepare reports for clients and advise them on payroll, HR and labor law issues in cooperation with the legal department.

We’re looking for a hands-on manager—someone who’s truly seasoned in payroll and can support the team in complex cases.

Solid experience: At least 6-7 years in the field of HR and payroll (preferably in an accounting office or a large organization), including experience in independently managing complete processes.

Znajomość systemów: Comarch ERP Optima to Twoje naturalne środowisko pracy (warunek konieczny). Znajomość Enova będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Wiedza Ekspercka: Prawo Pracy, ubezpieczenia społeczne, podatki (PIT), czas pracy – w tych tematach poruszasz się swobodnie i potrafisz interpretować przepisy.

Odporność i Organizacja: Płace to terminy. Oczekujemy umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu, ale w sposób zorganizowany i metodyczny.

Wykształcenie: Wyższe (kierunkowe: prawo, administracja, ekonomia lub HR).
