New PKD

As of January 1, the Polish Classification of Activities will be used in:

🔷 statistics,

🔷 records, documentation and accounting,

🔷 in official registers and information systems of public administration,

In addition to the harmonization of PKD with changes in classification at the international level, the economic changes taking place in Poland were also taken into account, in particular the development of new technologies and types of activity.

⏰ We will use the new PKD 2025 classification from 1 January 2025, however, until 31 December 2026, you can still use PKD 2007 for activities designated before that date.

🖊️ Companies submitting applications to change their entry in CEIDG after January 1, 2025 may use PKD 2007 until the entry is updated.

Entities in the KRS and the national official register must use PKD 2025 when changing the subject of activity after January 1, 2025. ➡️ The exception concerns the PKD code 93.29.Z, which can be used until December 31, 2025, if no application for change has been submitted.
