
Newsletter Terms and Conditions
I. General provisions
1. These Newsletter regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify in detail the rules for the Owner to provide and use the newsletter service (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter") via e-mail (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter Service").
2. The owner and operator of the Newsletter Service is Taxenbach sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 104/39, 00-764 Warsaw, NIP: 5213786458, KRS: 0000684673.
3. The Newsletter User is a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, who has completed the form and for whom the Newsletter Service is provided by the Owner.
4. The Newsletter service consists of free periodic sending by the Owner to the e-mail address provided by the User of information regarding tax and accounting advice, legal information and changes in the law.
5. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge throughout the duration of the contract.
6. The Newsletter service does not contain advertising content or commercial offers.
II. Newsletter Subscription
1. Subscription to the Newsletter Service begins and takes place after concluding an agreement on the use of the Newsletter Service, which is concluded by the User completing the Newsletter form available on the Owner's Website and accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy and these Regulations by providing an e-mail address (double opt-in).
2. By concluding an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service with the Owner, the User provides his/her electronic mail address (e-mail) in order to receive information from the Owner regarding tax and accounting advice, legal information and changes in the law.
3. In order for the User to use the Newsletter Service, it is necessary for the User to have access to the Internet and an active electronic mail address (e-mail). At the same time, it should be noted that the use of the Newsletter Service does not require meeting any special technical requirements, except for having an operating system and an Internet browser or a standard application or system for handling e-mail.
4. In performance of the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service concluded with the User, the Owner will send the User, at a time and frequency chosen by him/her to the User's electronic mail address (e-mail), indicated in the form, information regarding tax advice, accounting, legal information and changes in the law.
5. The Newsletter Service may be used by any person who meets the requirements for concluding a contract specified in the Regulations. Meeting the requirements specified in the Regulations and clicking the indicated button results in sending the User's provided e-mail address to the Owner and initiating the provision of the Newsletter Service by the Owner.
6, Individual messages sent as part of the Newsletter Service constitute works within the meaning of copyright law and are subject to protection specified in the provisions of law. Any copying, modification and use in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose or without the Owner's consent may constitute a violation of the law. The User bears full responsibility for the violation referred to in the previous sentence.
III. Duration of Newsletter subscription
1. The agreement for the use of the Newsletter Service is concluded for an indefinite period.
2. The User has the right to terminate the agreement at any time and resign from using the Newsletter Service with a 7-day notice period by sending an e-mail to the following address: office@txb.pl .
3. The Owner has the right to terminate the agreement for the use of the Newsletter Service with a 7-day notice period by sending a statement regarding the termination of the agreement to the e-mail address provided by the User.
4. The Owner may suspend the provision of the Newsletter Service after notifying the User via e-mail at the address provided by him.
5. The Owner has the right to delete an incorrect or non-existent e-mail address provided by the User after verifying the e-mail address.
6. In accordance with art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024.1796, i.e. of 2024.12.06), in order to reduce regulatory burdens, the User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement for the use of the Newsletter Service within 14 days, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send an e-mail before its expiry to the following e-mail address: office@txb.pl . In the case of submitting a declaration via e-mail, the Owner will confirm its acceptance by a return message.
7. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the agreement for the use of the Newsletter Service is considered not to have been concluded and the User who is a consumer is released from any obligations.
8. Unsubscribing results in the removal of the User's e-mail address from the subscriber database.
VII. Final Provisions
1. The law applicable to the Regulations and the agreement for the use of the Newsletter Service concluded on its basis is the law of the Republic of Poland, and the courts are the common courts of the Republic of Poland.
2. These Regulations are effective from – 01.03.2025.
IV. Processing of personal data
1. The Owner, i.e. Taxenbach sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 104/39, 00-764 Warsaw, NIP: 5213786458, KRS: 0000684673 is the Controller of the Users’ personal data processed for the purpose of providing the Newsletter Service.
2. The User's personal data are processed on the basis of the User's consent expressed by indicating in the form the e-mail address for the implementation of the Newsletter Service and performing the activities specified in the Regulations.
3. Personal data are processed by the Owner in accordance with the provisions of law and solely for purposes related to the implementation of the Newsletter Service.
4. For the purpose of providing the Newsletter service, only the User's e-mail address is processed.
5. Providing data by the User is a condition for the provision of the Newsletter Service, and failure to provide such data will prevent its sending.
6. The User's personal data is not made available to other entities.
7. The User's personal data are stored until the consent to receive the Newsletter Service is withdrawn, understood as termination of the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service, and after this period, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
8. The Owner ensures that the User can exercise their rights under the law, including the right to access, rectify, change, delete or transfer personal data, as well as the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data and to object to such processing under the terms of the applicable regulations. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9. The User's personal data are protected by the Owner against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of disclosure or loss or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information by applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
10. The User's personal data are not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA), or to international organisations.
11. In matters concerning the processing of personal data not regulated in the Regulations and related to the provision of the Newsletter Service, the relevant provisions of the Administrator's Privacy Policy shall apply, available on the Website at: https://txb.pl/polityka-prywatności
12. The Newsletter may contain links to external websites that may have their own privacy policies and regulations. The Administrator is not responsible for the content published on these websites.

V. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the provision of the Newsletter Service by the Owner should be submitted to the following e-mail address: office@txb.pl .
2. The complaint must include the details of the person filing the complaint, the data necessary to send information about the outcome of the complaint and a description of the irregularities in the Newsletter Service and what the expectations are regarding the resolution of the complaint.
3. The Owner shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
VI. Changes to the Regulations
1. The Owner reserves the right to change the Regulations. The Store Operator will inform Users about the content of the changes to the Regulations by sending, via the Newsletter, information containing a list of changes to the Regulations and by publishing the current content on the Owner's Website. Information about changes to the Regulations will be provided no later than 14 calendar days before the introduction of the amended Regulations.
2. Changes to the Regulations shall enter into force on the date specified together with the information about the change, but not earlier than after 14 calendar days from the moment of informing about the changes. Regulations, with the proviso that the changed Regulations shall bind the Users, unless they declare their resignation from the Newsletter Service within 14 days from the date of receiving information about the change.
3. These Regulations are available free of charge at: https://txb.pl/regulamin-newslettera in a form that enables obtaining, reproducing and recording the content of these Regulations using the IT system used by the User.
