Administration & Billing Specialist

We’re looking for someone who will become the administrative backbone for our advisors, accountants, and lawyers. If you enjoy working with documents, official forms aren’t a mystery to you, and you have invoicing down to a fine art—this is the right place for you. Your role is to provide substantive support for the company’s administrative processes.

Independent completion and processing of applications (including NIP-8, NIP-2, VAT-R, PCC) and other forms in the program, e.g. Fill Up, at the request of substantive departments.

You're responsible for the company's financial lifeblood. You collect data from managers and other employees, verify the scope of services, and issue sales invoices, ensuring their timely dispatch.

Creating contracts and annexes based on ready-made templates, monitoring their validity and introducing changes in systems.

You are the link between departments – you collect the information necessary to process administrative matters, relieving the substantive burden on accountants and advisors.

We’re looking for a practical, no-nonsense professional with experience in the professional services sector.

You've worked in an accounting, law, or tax office. You know the specifics of this work.

You know the different types of tax forms and legal documents. You know how to fill them out and where to send them.

Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of invoicing software (e.g., Comarch ERP Optima) and forms software (e.g., FillUp) would be a significant asset.

There's no room for error in contracts and invoices. We expect meticulous attention to detail.

You can independently organize your workday and prioritize tasks coming from various departments.
