Provision of payroll services

By entrusting TXB with the provision of payroll services, the client gains access to qualified specialists who provide ongoing information on changes in the scope of insurance, labor law and personal income tax, which are important from the point of view of payroll policy and its adjustment to the changing requirements of the labor market, as well as reducing costs, maintaining continuity of service, timely and compliant calculation of salaries, and a guarantee of confidentiality of salaries.

Our services:

  • Calculating and preparing payrolls for full-time employees, taking into account variable components, non-cash benefits, PPK/PPE receivables, settling absences and other events affecting the amount of monthly remuneration and public law liabilities;

  • Calculation of remuneration of management staff (members of the Management Board and members of the Supervisory Board);

  • Settlement of civil law contracts (e.g. contracts of mandate, contracts for specific work, management contracts);

  • Preparation of pay slips and reports for employees on the basis of social security and health insurance contributions;

  • Preparation of monthly ZUS and PFRON settlement declarations (including the annual IWA declaration and annual PFRON declarations);

  • Administering the data of the Contribution Payer via the ZUS Electronic Services Platform;

  • Preparation of payments or payment instructions relating to the payment of salaries and public law liabilities;

  • Preparation of annual information on income and advance payments for personal income tax (PIT-11, PIT-4R, IFT-1R);

  • Preparation of certificates on the amount of remuneration achieved and ERP-7 certificates;

  • Calculation of deductions and benefits from the Company Social Benefit Fund (ZFŚS);

  • Preparation of Central Statistical Office reports;

  • Registration of the employer as a payer of ZUS contributions;

  • Registration of employees / contractors for social and health insurance purposes;

  • Registration for health insurance for family members of employees / contractors;

  • Preparation of reports for accounting and management purposes;

  • Contacts with client auditors, ZUS and tax authorities, including support during tax audits, ZUS and PIP;

  • Ongoing support in answering questions asked by the client’s employees regarding the settlement of salaries and benefits related to the employment relationship;

  • Providing the Comarch HRM platform;

  • Management of the Employee Capital Plans program via the online platform of the financial institution chosen by the client or Comarch PPK.

Personnel management

TAXENBACH provides administrative and HR services in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code for companies located throughout Poland, in Polish and English, as part of short- and long-term projects, in the form of a comprehensive package or selected services.

Our services:

  • Preparation of employment contracts, contracts of mandate and contracts for specific work in cooperation with the client and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code and the Civil Code;

  • Maintaining personal files of full-time employees (in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code) and documentation in matters related to the employment relationship;

  • Monitoring the need to update preventive medical examinations and conduct occupational health and safety training;

  • Recording of vacation leave and other absences from work;

  • Preparing changes to employment conditions;

  • Preparation of documents related to termination of employment;

  • Informing about changes in legal regulations regarding HR documentation requirements.

As part of the services provided, we also offer audits of HR and payroll processes, including reviewing personnel files and documentation.
